Sydney men sentenced over terror plots

Five Sydney men will be sentenced today over a plot to commit attacks in Australia.
A New South Wales Supreme Court jury last October found the five guilty of the conspiracy which involved stockpiling explosive chemicals and firearms.

The men are aged 25 to 44.
Justice Anthony Whealy will sentence the men today at a purpose-built court in Parramatta.

Tattoo parlour fire may be linked to bikie gang feud

Police are investigating whether a dispute between rival bikie gangs may have been behind a fire at a tattoo parlour owned by a former member of the rock group Rose Tattoo.

The parlour is owned by Steve King, who played with Rose Tattoo from 2000.
Mr King was believed to have been a member of the Nomads gang, but may have switched his allegiance and joined the Hells Angels shortly …
