Bailed Castle Hill youth was out to vandalism again
TWO men and two youths were caught with 69 cans of spray paint in their car and back packs last Monday morning, when police noticed the car they were in driving erratically near Castle Hill High School.
At 4am, police patrolling Castle Hill noticed the car at the intersection of Rowallan Ave and Castle St, Castle Hill.
Police searched the car and the four occupants.
They found the spray cans, some bolt cutters and a camera.
All four including a man, 21, of Girraween, another man, 19, of Glenmore Park, and a youth, 16, of Blacktown, were charged with possessing graffiti implements with the intention to damage property.
The two men are due to appear at Parramatta Local Court on February 4 and the youth is due to appear at Parramatta Children’s Court on the same date.
Another youth, 15, of Castle Hill, was also charged with possessing graffiti implements with the intention to damage property and with breaching bail conditions.
The youth was on bail in relation to trespass and graffiti charges regarding an incident in Parramatta on December 24.
He had bail refused and attended Parramatta Children’s Court on the Monday.
