All 11 Comanchero involved in a brawl with the Hells Angels at Sydney Airport in March are expected to be charged with the murder of Anthony Zervas, the Herald can reveal.

The 11 men have all already been charged with riot and affray relating to the brawl at terminal three of Sydney Airport on March 22. Zervas, 29, died during the brawl.

Comanchero president Mahmoud ‘‘Mick’’ Hawi and another member have been charged with murder.

In raids this morning, police arrested a further three Comanchero – Pomare Pirini, Shannon Peneha and Zoran Kisacanin – in connection with Zervas’s death.

All three men have previously been charged with riot and affray.

The men were taken to Liverpool and Parramatta police stations. One was charged with murder and was expected to face Parramatta Local Court today.

The other two were expected to be charged with murder later today.

Fourteen people – 11 Comanchero members, two Hells Angels and another man – have been charged with riot and affray over the brawl.

Penaha had only been bailed last night at 7pm and was arrested and expected to be charged with murder today.

The other six Comanchero members involved in the brawl were expected to be charged tomorrow.

Comanchero solicitor Lesly Randle said today that she had received a letter from police this morning informing her that all 11 of her clients were to be charged with murder on advice from the NSW Director of Public Prosecutions.

The charging of all the Comanchero involved in the brawl has similarities to legal fall-out from the Milperra massacre, at which all those present were also charged with murder.
