New time table for Liverpool-Parramatta Transitway

Mr Lynch said a new timetable for the Route T80 would give local passengers an extra 36 trips every week.

He said patronage for the Route T80 continued to rise with 2.52 million passenger trips taken last financial year, an increase of nearly a quarter of a million on the previous year.

“With more passengers in the area choosing to leave their car at home and use the Route T80, we’re adding extra services to meet to their travel needs,” Mr Lynch said.

“Route T80 passengers will now have four extra weekday morning services, three extra weeknight services and an extra service for late night shoppers on Thursdays,” he said.

Mr Lynch said the additional trips would run at the following times:

Starting location Start time End location End time Bonnyrigg (Mon to Fri) 7.45am Parramatta 8.27am Warren (Mon to Fri) 8.37am Parramatta 9am Warren (Mon to Fri) 8.49am Parramatta 9.12am Warren (Mon to Fri) 9.34am Parramatta 9.57am Liverpool (Mon to Fri) 8pm Bonnyrigg 8.19pm Liverpool (Thurs only) 8.40pm Bonnyrigg 8.59pm Liverpool (Mon to Fri) 11.45pm Bonnyrigg 12.02am Parramatta (Mon to Fri) 11.46pm Bonnyrigg 12.16am

“The Route T80, which runs along the Liverpool-Parramatta T-way, is a great success story for public transport in Sydney,” he said.

“The T-way is a fast, efficient and flexible way of getting around Western Sydney, connecting Liverpool and Parramatta via 35 T-way stations spaced every 800 metres along the route,” Mr Lynch said.

“Passengers like the modern fleet of air-conditioned, low-floor entry buses, and they also appreciate the security and comfort of T-way stations,” he said.
